I'm completely behind the times, but I just started using Google Calendar yesterday and it is as useful as everyone says. If I could somehow automatically export all Facebook events to it, what a well-oiled machine my (meagre) social life would be. Fixed.

I started on The Remains of the Day today. A master of subtlety and subtext, that Ishiguro is. It should be a good read, and somewhat in the vein of Atonement as well.

My horn player does it. How, I don't know -- I believe it involves strange unix magicks.

i read The Remains of the Day in high school... i don't think i really *got* all of it, but i liked it. i liked the movie too, but then i have a thing for emma thompson. and a thing for anthony hopkins, come to think of it.
