Ok I figured it out
I was all super-crazy on Friday afternoon, and I thought it was 'cause I'm on birth control now. Well, that is why, but it was also because I'd had coffee at lunchtime. Cause I had coffee at lunch today too and now I feel like my head is going to explode again. Not really a headache. I just feel panicky and overemotional and impatient. Yaaaaaaaaaaaaarg!!! Wahhh. Well, easily fixable in the future - no caffeine at lunch. But I'll have to tough it out through the next couple hours. I'll tell my boss to go easy on me once she gets back from lunch.
