I waited for the bus for an hour this morning. An hour in the snow. I finally took one going the other way and got on the skytrain. I'm at work now; I was 45 minutes late. My feet are still cold. It's supposed to snow until Christmas.
I'm going out to my parents' on the eve of the 23rd to do some sewing with my mom before Xmas. That should be fun. I've been wanting to do this for, like, a month now. I am very very eager.
I made lentil soup (more of a stew) with spinach, carrots and onions yesterday. It was pretty good. Adam and I ate it with goat feta cheese and some hummous and crackers for dinner last night and watched a couple episodes of Northern Exposure. I lit a candle we had laying around, and said it was for Chanukkah. A nice evening.
Only two more days of work!! I can't wait.
